It’s extremely convenient! Sometimes we do the workout in the morning before work, or if we’re running late we do it on our lunch hour (working from home has its perks). But whenever you have 25-35 minutes in your day to get your workout in. I feel more accountable, and it’s harder to skip this work out then decide not to go to the gym. Roy makes workouts fun yet challenging, and is very responsive to the needs of his students. We’ve been members of a gym for years and have seen more results in the last 2 months working with Roy than anytime in the past.
We seriously have so much fun doing them....even when we are yelling how much we hate you I the moment lol. We honestly look forward to doing them each day. And we like that we feel held accountable to do them too.
