I believe that fitness can change lives.
As a personal trainer, my mission is to help people build a fuller, happier, and healthier relationship with themselves. Fitness should be something that is available to everyone - no matter their body type, their identity or their preference for exercise.
Through a whole-body, positive-thinking approach, I challenge my clients to outdo themselves and achieve things that they never considered possible.
I've had 6 trainers in the past few years, and Roy is by far the best! He takes the time to get to know you, your goals and where you're starting from so that he can build a plan that's most effective for your individual needs. In workouts focused on teaching you proper form, while being very patient and never making you feel dumb. I'd recommend him to anyone!
Roy Belzer is a Nationally Certified (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer dedicated to writing fitness programs and offering nutritional advice to people around the world based on their personal fitness goals. By taking into account your previous experiences, information on your everyday life, personal goals, and fitness background, a program will be developed to cater to you as an individual to help you best achieve those goals.
